Fingers sweet is the temptation food par excellence. MIA FOOD TECH offers practical machines to use which can make Pralines and Dragées. The P2RE are semi-automatic, with a structure made entirely of Aisi 304 steel while the coating pans are made of copper treated for food use, for covering dried fruit in general with sugar, both whole and in grains. The machines are equipped with: Electronic system for adjusting the speed of the pan; Coating pan rotation system to allow automatic unloading of the product and vary the pan inclination during work to improve coating; Electric heating system with resistance controlled by digital thermoregulator and insulated cooking tank to reduce and optimize consumption.
