Roaster for nuts model Roaster-30 have a capacity 10-35 kg/batch (depending on nuts type and on roasting degrees required)
and is equipped with a cooling & peeling unit that is used to cool down the product unloaded from the roaster.
This unit provides also the peeling for roasted nuts in the case of nuts like hazelnuts, peanuts, pistachios etc.
Machine’s main characteristics are:
- - Frame and all machine parts made in stainless steel
- - Working temperature adjustable till 250°C with electronic thermoregulator
- - Electronic safety temperature to avoid machine failure.
- - Heating system is electric with resistors that heat an internal stainless steel cylinder (not infrared lamp) provides a “traditional roasting”.
- - Peeling & cooling unit for roasted product.
- - Power consumption is 12 Kw three-phase (400V, 50 Hz)
- - Electrical cabinet with electromechanical components from Schneider Electric and inverter from Omon.
- - A compressed air connection is required with a flow rate of about 200 liters / minute and a minimum pressure of 6 bar.
