POWER CONSUMPTION 13 Kw three-phase 400V 50 Hz (machine available with different voltage) overall dimensions Width 1000 mm, Length 1900 mm, Height 1700 mm, Weight 400 Kg The Roaster-30E is designed to roast and cool nuts and oilseeds, and to peel nuts in the case of hazelnuts, peanuts and pistachios The machine is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and includes the following features: • production capacity 15-35 kg/h (based on the type of nuts used) • batch duration variable from 45 to 60 minutes according to the type of nut and degree of roasting required. • electric heating with temperature range up to 250°C and traditional roasting system with no infra-red. • inverter-controlled electronic adjustment of the internal roaster basket rotation speed. • timer for roasting time control • peeler for cooling and peeling roasted nuts (in the case of hazelnuts, peanuts, pistachios) • Electrical power required: 13 KW three-phase 400V 50Hz. N.B. A compressed air connection is required with a flow rate of about 150-200 liters/minute and minimum pressure of 6 bar.
