The TM24-PRO tempering machine is the workhorse of the PROFESSIONAL chocolate tempering machines in the MIA FOOD TECH range. The 24 kg tank capacity and the production performance of 90 kg/hour make it a very versatile machine for any use. It is equipped with a digital electronic panel to control the tempering cycle.
