Description

The TM80-PRO tempering machine is one of the largest sizes in the PROFESSIONAL line of chocolate tempering machines from the MIA FOOD TECH range. The 80 kg capacity in the tank and the 200 kg/hour of production allow it to continuously cover the top and bottom on 200mm belts without any difficulty. In addition to manual work with a vibrating table, it can easily be combined with our automatic EASY BARS and MINI BARS lines. It is equipped with a digital electronic panel to control the tempering cycle. Volumetric dosing software function with pedal for perfect control of the product flow. Thanks to the great thermal power of the tank it allows a rapid melting and tempering cycle.
