Description

Six independent analysis stations for chemisorption In-situ sample activation procedures with independent temperature and flow control for each reactor Precise for research and development, high throughput for quality control applications The ChemiSorb HTP is a fully automated, high-throughput chemisorption analyzer for characterizing catalysts, metal supported nano particles, and chemically active materials used in sensor applications. . A major advantage of this instrument is the six independent stations   running the analyses in parallel to reduce operator intervention and increase lab productivity. ChemiSorb HTP includes dedicated pressure sensors, mass flow and temperature control for each analysis station.  ensuring consistent performance and research grade analysis for a wide range of sample types including powders, pellets, beads, monolith cores, and other morphologies.  Twelve gas inlet ports provide flexibility to study chemisorption with a variety of probe molecules that can be used in automatic sequencing procedures without operator intervention once the sequence is initiated. The precision and speed of the ChemiSorb HTP is ideal for both research and development, and for quality control applications. The ChemiSorb HTP includes a full suite of software for reporting important parameters used to describe active sites including: the percent of metal dispersion, active metal surface area, crystallite size of the active particles, and surface acidity of catalyst materials.
