The XFP transceivers from MICROSENS offer an optical transmission over Multimode or Single Mode fiber. Depending on the model the transceiver can cover distances of up to 80 km. Digital diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified in the XFP MSA. Optional the XFP Transceivers are available for data transmission with DWDM wavelengths according to ITU grid.
