Description

The 1/2" measuring microphone preamplifiers type MV 203/MV 204 are high-impedance transducers for condenser measuring microphone capsules. The MV 203 has been designed for the use with the 1/2" measuring microphone s MK 201, MK 202, MK 221, MK 222, MK 223 and MK 231. The Adaptor A 63.1 allows the 1" measuring microphone MK 102.1 and MK 103.1 to be mounted on the 1/2" preamplifier and the Adaptor A 67 makes the same for the 1/4" MK 301 and MK 302 possible. The MV 204 has been designed for the use with the prepolarized measuring microphone e.g. 1/2 MK 250. The thread of the preamplifier confirms to the international standard according to . The preamplifier has a low output impedance. This renders a good driver capability possible even for long cables. Most cables have a specific capacitance of 100 pF/m. 1 nF load corresponds to a 10 m cable with 100 pF/m. The MV 203/MV 204 permits wide-band measurements and sound level measurements with a dynamic range from 11 up to 168 dB. The preamplifiers are equipped with a heater resistor preventing a possible condensation under extremely climatic conditions. The measuring microphone preamplifiers are available with a force-fitting 2 m cable inclusive connector. The measuring microphone preamplifiers MV 203/MV 204 and the approved measuring microphone capsules from Microtech can be calibrated as unit and employed with sound level Class1 DIN EN 60 651 DIN EN 60 651.
