It enables measurements of parameters such as inductance, leakage inductance, DC resistance, AC resistance, quality factor, capacitance, turns ratio, and pin short circuit detection. The measurement frequency range spans from 10Hz to 200k/500k/1MHz. The tester is equipped with built-in support for LCR meter measurement mode and comes with the F5468 pneumatic testing fixture. It provides 48 testing channels and supports 100mA DC bias testing. Customization services are available to tailor the tester to meet specific customer requirements.
