Biscuit production line

Automatic line for dosing of biscuits or meringues with automatic loading of the baking trays. Equipped with dosing, pressing and distribution of liquid products stations. Line suitable for laminated biscuit and cracker production. The partially kneaded dough is brought to the desired thickness, the products are therefore obtained in the size and shape requested. Prior to their deposit on the tray, they are humidified and sprinkled with granulated products, such as sesame, salt, etc.
