PRO-CON® Check is a patented device which controls the heat seal process by reference to an attained inter platen temperature rather than by a fixed dwell cycle. This enables the process to take into account factors such as fabric thickness, moisture content and time elapsed since last application. It is not possible to control these variables by traditional methods. PRO-CON® Check also acts as a real time monitor for the heat press’ own temperature control, alerting the operator to any deviations in platen temperature.
