The filler breather with strainer is designed for tank top installation. The assembly contains 3 parts, a breather cap, red lid and safety chain. The breather cap with vertical ribs for easy tightening. It is produced from polyamide 66, with a built in polyurethane 50 microns foam filter element. The female threaded cap threads onto the main body located in the tank top. The red lid comes with standard inscription, oil or gasoil, or without description. The CTR-2/C model contains a safety chain that connects the cap to the body. The main body of the product is composed of black techno polymer. The internal ring is removed to insert the main body into a pre-drilled hole in the tank-top ( Ø 55 mm. ± 0,3 mm ). Upon insertion, the inside locking ring needs to be installed, and the external locking ring can be tightened. A minimum of 2 mm, max. 8 mm tank top thickness is to be maintained. The strainer basket manufactured from black polypropilene.
