Description

- Thermoplastic level gauges made of transparent polyamide with good mechanical resistance, are compatible with mineral oil, gasoline, lubricant, petroleum, solvents and most chemical agents; avoid contact with alcohol based solutions and antifreeze at high temperature. For these types of applications use the special model/CX which is made from special resin resistant to fluids containing alcohol and antifreeze. -Plastic external protection made from PA66 30% fiberglass. - The internal body of the level gauges consist of two transparent parts assembled and then sealed by ultrasonic welding process, in order to ensure a leak free seal around the body. Inside the transparent body is a white graduated sticker made from “ Vinile Cast “ to improve the view of the level. -Zinc plated M12 bolts and flanged nuts are standard (optional AISI 303 stainless steel bolts and nuts are available, Buna seals 70 durometer; maximum recommended tightening torque is 5Nm (3.7 ft lbs). - The mounting can be made externally by providing 2 threaded holes M12 on 127 mm, (tolerance ±0,3 mm); alternatively they can be secured internally through 2 plain holes 12,2 MM (±0,2 mm) using the flanged nuts. -Max working temperature 80°C (176 F). Max working pressure 1 bar (14.7 PSI), (if using on pressurized tanks contact our technical office). - REED Switch Sensor is attached to the internal transparent tube, adjustable in height according to the control requirements of the level; minimum quote positioned at about 35 mm from the center of the lower bolt.
