MAXSTAR WEDGE V-belt/MAXSTAR WEDGE SUPREME MAXSTAR WEDGE V-belt and MAXSTAR WEDGE SUPREME have a narrower upper width than the Conventional V-belt. It reduces the belt's own weight and equalizes the tension on the cord, which increases the wedge effect and enhancing grip. Wrapped type : MAXSTAR WEDGE V-belt Raw-edge cogged type : MAXSTAR WEDGE SUPREME MAXSTAR WEDGE V-belt has a narrower upper width than the Conventional V-belt. It reduces the belt's own weight and equalizes the tension on the cord, which increases the wedge effect and enhancing grip. It also has excellent performance such as strength, durability, and antistatic properties (the electrical resistance value passed the US RMA standard). There are 3 types : 3V, 5V, and 8V. MAXSTAR WEDGE V-Belt (Wrapped Type) Cover Fabric:It is highly elastic, can easily bend and stretch during belt rotation, and has strong resistance to abrasion. Cord:It has high tensile strength, low elongation, and high bending fatigue resistance. V-Core Rubber:It uses a highly flexible compounded rubber that is less deformed under high load and has excellent durability. MAXSTAR WEDGE SUPREME (Raw Edge Cogged Type) Top Fabric:Highly elastic fabric reinforces the top of the belt. It also has excellent bending and streching during rotation. Cord:It has high tensile strength, low elongation, and high bending fatigue resistance. V-Core rubber:It uses a highly flexible compounded rubber that is less deformed under high load and has excellent durability. Bottom Fabric:Highly elastic fabric reinforces the bottom of the belt. It also has excellent bending and streching during rotation.
