The PJ-H30 Profile projector allows efficient measurement, inspection and observation of tiny workpieces. It is a highly accurate equipment with an accuracy of 3+0.02Lμm and uses a separating axial motion to stabilize XY measurement in vertical direction. Lifting the screen up or moving it down facilitates focusing with power focusing included for optimal performance. It was improved with a new design for better visualization through high NA lenses for brighter and clearer images during surface illumination. It features a triple lens turret with 10X lens as a standard and also includes 4 projection lenses at 5X, 20X, 50X, 100X capacities.
