Description
MKS is reputed in providing different models of switches for Vacuum equipment, atmospheric switching and pressure processes (referenced to atmospheric pressure (gauge calibration) or high vacuum (absolute calibration)). DC signal outputs are not required. These switches relay outputs with alarms, valve actuators, computers, process controllers, load locks and other protection devices. 41B, 42B, 52B, and 52B Baratrons are compact, reliable, RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)-compliant switches. Voltages of 10-20VD or 20-30VDC are used as input for operation of the switches. These switches can be configured in either single ended or flow through versions. Full-scale ranges from 10 Torr (13 mbar) to 3000 PSIA (204 bar) are available.
