MM Engineering Integral suction lifter IHS3025 is used to lift/put down workpieces. Typically it is used in pick and place situations. It can separate paper, veneer, plastic sheets, bank cards, rating plates, etc. When the compressed air is turned on, the incorporated ejector produces a vacuum and the piston moves out. When the suction cup touches the workpiece, it will hold on to it while the piston returns to the start position. The part will remain locked until the compressed air is turned off, after which an incorporated pressure chamber creates a blow off pulse so that the piston once again activates and puts the workpiece down. The user can be monitor using the magnetic field sensor.
