Rotary table with stepper motor MDT360150 - Drive coaxial - in 3 variants - without motor - with motor - with motor and control
The new large and powerful rotary table with stepper motor from the SG series MDT360150 offer a nearly backlash-free worm gear. They are ideally suited to position even heavier and more complex components exactly motorized than their smaller predecessor models.
The rotary tables are driven by a Nema 23 (□ 56mm) Stepper motor. The angular and compact design opens up a wide variety of uses and applications.
With the adjustable positioning ring, the rotation reference point can be individually determined to the mounted component. The large bore of the hollow shaft also allows the implementation of large conductor cross-sections by the stepping motor rotary table.
Function:
• Positioning by stepper motor Nema 23 (□ 56mm)
• Required input torque: 0.15 Nm for idling
• Max. Input speed: 600 rpm
• Max. Duty cycle: 100%
Execution:
• Turntable and hollow shaft made of stainless steel
• Anodized aluminum housing
• preloaded, low-backlash worm gear
• Cross roller bearing allows very high tilting moments
• Torsionally rigid claw coupling for vibration-damping torque transmission
• Position query optionally possible via proximity switch
Stiffness diagram (see photo):
This diagram describes the stiffness of the rotary table with step motor around the axis of rotation.
The deflection depends on the torque M1 (max 30 Nm) around the axis of rotation.
