The unique feature of the Quasar fibre laser is its patented laser protection. This allows laser marking to be carried out directly on the workpiece without any additional protective equipment or protective housing. In contrast to conventional industrial lasers, Quasar has a mobile design and can be moved on wheels. This makes it possible to mark even large workpieces at the location where they are – according to the motto “the laser comes to the workpiece, not the other way round”.
The right performance class for every application
The Quasar engraving laser is available in three performance classes available and enables, among other things, a permanent marking of metal, plastic and ceramic. Custom and customised lettering as well as deep engraving are also easy and safe with the unique laser marking system from Mobil-Mark. When selecting the performance class of the Quasar, three factors are decisive: material/surface, engraving depth, cycle time (duration of laser engraving). To suit individual requirements, there is a choice of devices with laser outputs of up to 30 watts and up to 60 watts. Higher performance classes are also available on request.
