Description

Studded Guide Rollers Modern Linear Studded Guide Rollers eliminate the need for separate installation hardware. One studded roller replaces three components. There is no need to incorporate a separate bolt or bushing into a carriage assembly. Mounting is facilitated with a female hex opposite of the threaded stud, making installation and future replacement easy. The studded roller is designed with a lower profile than our individual guide rollers and bushings, creating a more compact unit. Studded rollers offer a versatile, high performance and economical solution to a wide variety of linear motion applications. There is no loss of load capacity or longevity with Modern Linear’s studded guide rollers. The studded rollers incorporate the same, super-finished raceways of our guide rollers to offer superior speed and performance. These raceways translate to smoother and quieter operation in linear applications. The outer race incorporates a 90° v-groove as well as a 90° v-chamfer, which allows the roller to ride on a v-edge track or in a 90° v-groove. Modern Linear’s studded guide rollers are made from 304 stainless steel (SS). The stud is swaged into the bore of the guide roller. They are available in eccentric/adjustable versions as well as concentric/stationary versions
