Description

The MSizer models Compact, Extend, and Giant by Mogensen represent the ideal solution for various screening and classification tasks. These models set new standards in bulk material screening. The variants differ in their screen deck lengths and are available in various working widths. While the MSizer Compact is powered by a vibration motor and produces an elliptical motion pattern, the MSizer Extend and Giant are excited by two unbalanced motors or directional exciters, generating a linear vibration. The MSizer Giant is considered the world’s largest sizer and can achieve extremely high performance as a single machine. These screening machines are available with different screen decks, allowing for optimal adaptation to individual screening requirements. The MSizer series is excellent for screening animal feed, fertilizers, salt, minerals, rocks and soil, construction materials, and sugar. The Mogensen Sizer system is presented as an advanced solution consisting of 2 to 6 stacked screen decks with varying inclinations and decreasing mesh sizes downwards. The easily maintainable screen panels are cleverly placed in a compact housing and are set into precise vibrations using motor vibrators or directional exciters. The operation is highly efficient: Finer material immediately passes through the coarse meshes of the upper decks, while coarser material is cleverly sieved out from the material flow. The inclination of the screen panels results in the openings having a similar effect to smaller meshes. This intelligent design allows for larger mesh sizes compared to traditional flat screens without compromising separation sharpness.
