The MuCell by Moldex3D, CoreTech System Co is an injection molding simulation software that is capable of mass production of parts having complex geometries and exceptional dimension stability. This kind of production suits in operation such as automotive, electrical products, construction, outdoor products and many other industrial applications. The system uses a supercritical fluid which is usually nitrogen and carbon monoxide which are mixed with polymer melt. This process then creates a single phase polymer gas solution which are then injected directly to mold cavity thus, creating desired bubbles in the final product.
