Pulverizer OMM For PVC Made up of a widely sized, electro-welded structural steel work, suitable to sustain the central shaft with a shrunk-on disk-holder. The second disk is lodged in front lid, counter-posed to the rotating one, and also the system to adjust axial movement of the fixed disk, to adjust the distance. This system, combined to the type of denture of the disks, the number of cycles and the number of teeth, allows the operator to achieve an optimal degree of pulverization. The raw material to be pulverized is inserted in the center of the pulverization chamber via a hopper and projected outward by effect of the centrifugal force. Due to the high speed of rotation of the mobile disk, the material is treated for a brief period, avoiding overheating. The system that cools down the fixed disk allows to decrease the temperature within the pulverization chamber, which in turn consents an increase in productivity. The disks are made of special heat-treated steel and are appropriately toothed.
