Machine suitable to prepare, to pick-up and deposit cases on a pallet as per a programmed configuration. Features • Manual pallet feeding on the floor. • A case conveyor with motorized rollers, inside the machine, feeds cases to the picking area; stainless steel frame, adjustable guides, zinc coated rollers, one motorization. • Machine frame in electro welded and painted steel with column joined to main axe of the head for cases transferring; inside the column there is a counter-weight for balancing. • Movement of the palletisation head on three linear axes (x,y,z) operated electromechanically, to enable cases pick-up and their transfer and deposit on pallet. • Photocells to check case and pallet presence. • Pick-up head with gripper to keep cases laterally and inferiorly with an electro-pneumatically controlled movement, allowing the picking from one to three cases as per the pallet pattern. • Software with touch-screen color display, to manage palletisation patterns, machine functions and to diagnostic possible anomalies. The system allows to the operator to memorize a new pallet configuration. • Centralized electrical panel. • Lateral safety guards with anodized aluminum panels, doors and safety micro-switches where necessary. • Electrical and pneumatic installation and centralized system for air lubrication. • Safety barrier with photoelectric cells into pallet manual loading/unloading area.
