MONDON micro-perforators are used mainly to make perforation in cold on flexible web for sectors such as agriculture or packaging. The main issue with pins perforation is the handling of the pins mainly for pins removing (change in perforation design) of pins change (spare changes). The design of the microperforator MI-2400-2F avoids these troubles thanks to an exclusive mounting of the rings which hold the pins. Indeed each ring can be remove individually by a reverse system. The micro-perforator can be easily located on your machine or line and have a simple and strong design. The structure is composed by a fixed cylinder which hold the rings and a counter brush cylinder. Perforation design and diameter can be adapted to your needs!
