AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR THE MANUFACTURING OF THE COUPON FOR EMBROIDERY MACHINE. COUPON IS MADE WITH THE ASSEMBLING/COUPLING OF THE FABRIC TO EMBROIDER WITH A SUPPORTING FABRIC (acetate or paper) BY MEAN OF LONG SIDE SEAMS ON BOTH EDGES WITH FOLLOWING CROSS CUTTING OF THE PRODUCT AT A PRE-SET LENGTH Cross cutting group is managed by an high precision device with pre-set length for each coupon and number of pieces to cut. Special software called "cutting optimizer" grants the number of coupon set WITHOUT the risk to waste the fabric cointained inside the machine. The installation of a 3rd ROLLS HOLDER with own traction group, allow the process of 3 fabric's LAYER with a special guiding system and sewing that grant the aasembling ONLY of 2 LAYERS for each edge. PLC and touch screen display grants the FULL control and adjustment of any working parameter of the machine.
