AUTOMATIC MACHINE SUITABLE TO ASSEMBLE 3 FABRICS LAYERS BY BILATERAL OVERLOCK SEAM WITH FINAL OPENING OF THE 3 LAYERS JOINT IN ORDER TO OBTAIN 1 SINGLE LAYER HAVING TRIPLE FABRIC'S WIDTH. 3 rolls unwinder at the machine’s inlet, equipped by own edge reader, aligne each fabric edge with central layer used as reference in order to reach sewing station where 2 butt seamers with special dedicated configuration make an assembling long side seam that thanks to a special “opener” grant the plaiting down in a trolley of a fabric having a total width coming by the addition of each single width in work. Summarizing the mainly scope of the machine is the optimization of the production cost mainly in presence of narrow fabrics because in 1 single process in a textile machine the number of meters of fabric processed is TRIPLE (in case of 3 layers) or DOUBLE (in case of 2 layers only). Machine is managed by PLC and HMI for set-up and adjustment of any working parameter according the the each single need.
