AUTOMATIC machine for the END to END joining seam of woven fabrics for the preparation to the follow textile processes as bleaching, mercerizing, dyeing, DIGITAL PRINTING as well as TRADITIONAL and finishing. The AUTOMATIC sewing group mod. CA5 can be equipped with a PATENTED PRINTER for the printing oon the fabric SIMULTANEOUSLY to the seam and alphanumeric code for the identification of the fabric inside textile mill. The CODE is printed in ZERO TIME been done simultaneously to the sewing process. Pls visit also the chapter "PRINTER WRITE 14N" to get more details on the process. Automatic sewing group mod. CA5 can process fabric in ROLLS, SINGLE PIECES, PALLETTIZED and on A FRAME without any difficoutly thanks to the many different technical set-up and configurations available. The machine can be equipped and completed with some EXIT GROUPS that on the base of the each specific request can UPWIND the fabric on A FRAME, PLAIT DOWN the same fabric in a TROLLEY or in case it is required flexibilty to the line, it is possible the installation of a COMBINED EXIT on A frame and on TROLLEY.
