AUTOMATIC bag sewing machine for the closing in TUBULAR FORM of open width fabric with a chain stitch seam EDGE on EDGE. Two different model are available: one for KNITTED FABRICS (mod. 2190-M1-SP) and one for WOVEN FABRICS / WOOL (mod. 2190-L1-SP). The stitch done is CHAIN stitch 1 neelde, 1 thread very EASY to be "unstitched/dethreaded". Thanks to the installation on the machine of different electronic CONTROLS, the machine grants: - FASTEST speed actully available on the WORLD WIDE market (up to 80 meters pe rminute with maximum stitch lenght) - MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY of job with ANY kind of LIGHT (ACETATE, VISCOSE, POLYAMMIDE) and HEAVY (JERSEY) fabrics actually present on the market. - MAXIMUM PRECISION / ACCURACY in the sewing made always in the space existing between the selvedge of the fabric and the "holes" of the pin chain of the stenter frame granting in this way the ABSENCE of any extra fabric's WASTAGE by bag sewing operation. - NO FRICTION on the fabric durign the closing in tubular form that allows to work very light products as VISCOSE, ACETATE, POLYAMIDE etc without any MARK on the fabric. - The SEAM can be done using POLYESTER or as alternative VISCOSE thread WITHOUT any adjustment on the sewing head - Minimum OPERATING COSTS thanks to the installation on the machine of motors and drivers at “low power consumption"
