AUTOMATIC machine for the end wise joining seam of TUBULAR KNITTED fabrics in order to prepare it to the next textile finishing processes. Thanks to the PATENTED system of job, the use of the machine CAT301 grants a strong improvement of the PRODUCTIVITY of the worker and the QUALITY of the stitch done in comparison with standard system of job used till now. An improvement of the QUALITY of the seam done means: - STRAIGHT SEAM: a STRAIGHT SEAM grants the absence of FOLDS across every joining seam during the follow textile process - SEAM WITH DROP NEEDLE/STITCH ALIGNED: a DROP NEEDLE / STITCH ALIGNED across every seam, grants the best performances by the SLITTING MACHINE improving the quality and the productivity of the entire process. STRAIGHT SEAM: a STRAIGHT SEAM grants the absence of FOLDS across every joining seam during the follow textile process - SEAM WITH DROP NEEDLE/STITCH ALIGNED: a DROP NEEDLE / STITCH ALIGNED across every seam, grants the best performances by the SLITTING MACHINE improving the quality and the productivity of the entire process. - OVERLOCK seam: the seam done by the machine is OVERLOCK 2 or 3 THREADS, able for the next textile processes. - SEWING CLOSED / OPENED: the sewing can be CLOSED or OPENED. CLOSED means that the sewing stops automatically when starts the overlapping with the beginning of the seam. The 2 heads are perfectly joined without any part opened in the seam. OPENED means that sewing stops automatically before the complete rotation of the tubolare in order to leave partially opened the seam.
