Description

2-Way Slip-in Cartridges Valves Series CSE are passive slip-in cartridge valves similar to our CEE series, but here we have cartridge valve and cover in one valve unit. They are equipped with a special poppet with mechanical overlap in the opening area of the valve and with an integrated position switch to monitor the closed valve position. Moog offers three different types of position monitored cartridge valves, for external pilot oil supply or with pilot valve interface on the valves cover. These 2-Way Slip-in Cartridge Valves are preferably used to prevent unintended movements of actuators in hydraulic systems. They are equipped with an electrical position switch to monitor the closed position of the cartridge poppet. Due to the position monitoring, the valves can be used in safety-related parts of control systems (SRP/CS) to increase the safety level of the system and meet the safety standards for the respective application. The valves come with a DGUV Test type examination certificate in order to ease the approval of the SRP/CS. • Suitable for use in safety related parts of control systems to increase safety or performance level. • Low maintenance, operation and replacement costs. • Maximum durability, even on demanding applications. • High energy efficiency reduces operating costs. • Leakage free design to prevent unintended actuator movements. • Supports certification process for the safety related parts of control systems.
