Note: Reference is made based on naked frozen scallops (sizeφ20×18mm, 80 grains/lb, water content 80%, cloth density about 4kg/m2, loading and discharging temperature +10, -18℃). 2. High-Efficiency Tunnel Type Quick Freezer (Plate Belt) Single-Slat Freezing Capacity Range: 400~750 kg/h; Double-Slat Freezing Capacity Range: 800~1500 kg/h. Note: Reference is made based on naked frozen tilapia fillet (size 200×100×20 mm, 120g/piece, water content 75%, distribution density about 7.5kg/m2, loading and discharging temperature +10℃, -18℃). Product Application This series of products are mainly used for quick freezing of aquatic products (such as scallops, shrimps, all kinds of fish fillets, fish segments, squid, etc.), fried cakes, cut meat, etc., which do not need to be frozen on a plate.
