Offering three-, four- or six-knife chipper disc options, the 2755 is ideal for some of your toughest jobs. A 27″ (68.58 cm) diameter chipping capacity and lift capacity of 17,200 lbs. (7,800 kg) at 10′ (3.05 m) make the 2755 one of the toughest machines for any job. Customizable options include ESPAR heating system for cold weather starts, discharge spout extension to load open vans or rail cars, debris plow in lieu of telescoping conveyor, and remote control. Flail drive is a closed-loop hydraulic design with separate hydraulic Systems to operate each flail drum. Each system is complété with electric tach and Controls in operator's cab. This unique infeed system spreads multiple stems apart, which assists with more complété bark removal. Each dise is fabricated from plate Steel and put through ultrasonic testing. Material certification is issued for each dise, which provides the best chipper dise in the industry. Units produce quality chips even in non-merchantable and juvénile timber. Enclosed weatherized operator's cab is mounted on rubber shock absorbers and tilts hydraulically for transport and includes combination air conditioner/heater and six-way adjustable seat and joystick Controls.
