Morello designs and manufactures electric pallet jacks with an impressive load-bearing capacity of up to 100 tons. These electric pallet jacks offer exceptional flexibility in material handling, featuring a low loading surface combined with a lifting capability. With Morello’s heavy-duty pallet jacks, you can handle heavy loads safely without relying on overhead cranes, which can pose risks to workers due to suspended loads. The load sits on specially designed steel pallets (customizable by Morello) so that our electric pallet jack can slide underneath, lift, and transport it to another location within the facility. Alternatively, the load can be placed on supports (for example wooden blocks), allowing our walk-behind pallet jack to lift and relocate it to other supports in a different area. All of this can be achieved with loads weighing up to 100 tons! EFFORTLESS OPERATIONS at all times To enhance performance, Morello’s industrial electric pallet trucks are equipped with a motorized steering system that reduces the workload for operators. While a control drawbar is an option, many customers prefer to operate heavy-duty electric pallet jacks using a pendant or radio remote control, minimizing the steering radius and ensuring effortless machine control for workers.
