Description

FUEL PUMP CALIBRATION FLUID Description This is a low viscosity pale amber highly refined mineral oil and distillate blend with good anticorrosion properties and good oxidation stability, formulated as a reference fluid for diesel injection testing equipment. Seria ISO 4113 calibration fluid is produced to exacting specification limits, which are essential for accurate and consistent results in test equipment. It is not possible to perform these testing procedures with diesel fuels that can vary considerably in viscosity and density, even if purchased from the same source. In addition, diesel fuel is not recommended for this work because of the fire hazard and associated health and safety legislation. Applications Seria ISO 4113 Calibration Fluid is suitable for all types of power driven and hand operated pump test stands and nozzle testing apparatus. Recommended for all pump efficiency tests and procedures including delivery volume output and pump element variation tests, and all nozzle tests such as pressure, output and spray patterns. Performance Levels Seria ISO 4113 Calibration fluid meets the specification test requirements of ISO 4113:2010, SAE J967 and Lucas CAV 7-10-106.
