The B3-220 ASC offers a built-in Koehler illumination and a quintuple nosepiece. It is specifically equipped with a stable platform which is ideal for professional microscopy. Available in Achromatic super contrast or in a full-plan optics, this series offers a 360° inclined binocular side-top head for an easy viewing, a 360°-widefield eyepieces WF10X/20mm Interpupillary for distance adjustment between 55 and 75 mm, a revolving quintiple reverse-mounted nosepiece equipped with positive click stops for precise magnification changes, and an achromatic super contrast objectives, parfocal and parcentric 4X/0.10, 10X/0.25, 40X/0.65 Spring, 100X/1.25 Spring/Oil Coaxial coarse. It is also powered by a fine focusing system which has 2 micron minimum increment to help prevent damage to slide and damage to slides and objectives.
