The D-EL2 Ecoline range of microscopes from Motic are extremely handy pieces of equipment, geared to provide crystal clear images simultaneously to multiple number of students. This is accomplished with the aid of a TFT screen installed at peak position on the microscope. The TFT screen provides dual duties- that of a camera as well as a display element. The screen delivers excellent clarity and brilliance in imaging. The TFT unit takes still as well as moving images to provide ultra-clear videos and pictures that can be stored in the memory of the system or on an SD card, that is put into the microscope. The objectives are glass, with magnifying powers of 4x, 10x and 40x(s). The objectives conform to prescribed educational guidelines. The 4x objective allows observation of samples such as cloth etc, aided by the brilliant illumination provided by an LED toplight, fixed onto a maneuverable arm. This provides excellent adaptability to numerous applications. The microscope is available with sample slides and comes snugly packaged in a tough case.
