Description

DC Brushed Servo Motors Brushed Servo Motors (PMSM) Our popular BDS / NBD series brushed DC Servo motors, categorised as 'universal motors' provide a high-torque-to-inertia ratio and give fast acceleration and rapid dynamic response. By using Ferrite magnets or Neodymium magnets materials with advanced winding technologies, our servo motors have optimised magnetic field distribution, therefore, provide stable operation and high performance. The overall motor design and construction contribute to smooth-running performance and extended service life. They are suitable for most servo and variable speed applications and are compatible with most available drives on the market. Our BDS / NBD series 'universal motors' can be further customised with encoders and / or tacho generators (tachometers) to provide position and direction feedback. Customised flanges, output shafts and wiring leads length may be available upon request. Our servo motors are ideally suited for heavy-duty power applications with their capability to achieve continuous torque in a compact size. These servomotors become a best alternative to SEM's MT22 and MT30 dc brushed servo motors. They can perform reliably for applications in a wide range of industries, including medical/biotech, semiconductor, processing, machine tools, CMM machines, robotics & automation and more.
