Description

Coil fed laser fiber cutting machine Laser fiber machine equipped with high precision linear motors, designed to produce small parts in large quantities autonomously. The CoilCut L is a coil fed laser fiber cutting machine. Autonomous Micro-joints are not necessary as the finished parts fall into a tank. We thus avoid manipulation by the operator in terms of removing the part and polishing the stick. High productivity Thanks to the configuration of the axes and the lightness of the moving parts we are able to work with accelerations up to 5G, which results in high productivity and great cutting quality. Configurable The useful cutting area is 300 x 300 mm; however it is configurable depending on the format of the feeding coil. Quality components High precision linear motors, IPG laser, Precitec head, Kollmorgen drivers, are our allies to guarantee a first class and reliable product. Intuitive interface It incorporates a 15” touch screen with an intuitive interface, a library of standard parts and online remote assistance with the support of our SAT technicians. Anti-collision system The height control system allows the machine to maintain and precisely adjust the height of the cutting head during operation, avoiding possible collisions and offering a high quality result.
