Painting Positioners The best solution regarding the support for painting large size cylindrical structures. General Characteristics DESCRIPTION Equipment destined to the wind energy sector, whose function is the positioning of cylindric structures for painting. The system is composed by two vertical mobile bodies that support the cylindrical structures and move synchronically upon rails. The vertical bodies feature a synchronized system that rotates the cylindric structures for a better painting position. Each one of the vertical bodies has an elevator to regulate the positioning of the cylindric structures at height. The drives are guaranteed by AC engines of variable speed. The equipment is designed in function of the maximum and minimum diameters, the weight and length of the cylindric structures.
