Robotic cell for handling and resistance welding for the production of metal parts for car seats.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Development of a robotic solution for handling and subsequent resistance welding of parts for the automotive sector. The template where the part is initially placed can be easily adapted to the different part references. This solution was developed to produce 368,200 parts per year, with a cycle time of 42.48sec.
