Robotic handling cell consisting of a system that allows threading, marking and washing of parts. PROJECT DESCRIPTION In this project for our client in Austria, Motofil developed a robotic solution with a threading, marking and parts washing system. This solution is intended for the production of parts for single and double tubes. The cycle time for this solution is 16 seconds per part. MAIN PARTS OF THE SOLUTION Threading station, marking and washing parts; 1x welding robot; Welding Jigs.
