Ergonomic balancer with lifting wire Mechline Pro™ is an intuitive and easy-to-operate pneumatic wire balancer for light loads of up to 50 kg. The lifting wire is extremely durable and can be used for up to 300,000 work cycles. Easy to integrate Mechline Pro™ is very light-weight and provides a lifting stroke of up to 2 metres. It is preferably installed in a crane system or on a jib crane. The swivel is advantageously integrated with a pneumatic gripper and controls. Even a simple mechanical gripper tool offers easy and ergonomic handling! Anti-jump included As standard, Mechline Pro™ is equipped with an adjustable anti-jump function that locks the lifting motion in the event of uncontrolled lifting, such as if the load is accidentally dropped. This provides a safe working environment for the operator. Several versions available With Mechline Pro™, the operator can handle the load as though it were weightless, with an integrated control unit for various loads or a separate actuator for the selection of up to three different loads.
