Description

The F6000 Metal Tube Flowmeter has been designed to meet demanding high pressure and corrosive applications in the process control industry. The F6000 Metal Tube Flowmeter is supplied with a highly visible analogue scale. This instrument is manufactured in 1”, 2” and 3” flanged ANSI 150 RF and 1” and 2” BSPPF screwed versions. The TX600 Flow Transmitter version can be supplied where a transmitted output is required (see MPBTB 061). This unit exhibits a retransmittable 4-20 mA output. For extremely corrosive applications, the MPB Series F5000 may be considered (see MPBTB 102). All wetted parts on this instrument are manufactured from certified 316 Stainless Steel and can be supplied with fully traceable certificates if required. The scale plate mounting box is manufactured from polycarbonate with a clear polycarbonate front cover and carries an IP65 rating. The F6000, whilst having a range of standard flow rates, can be calibrated for almost any liquid or gas. The materials of construction can be selected to assist the designer relating to the process medium. The F6000 is ideal for high pressure flow indication. Applications can be found in the water, chemical and processing industries.
