It combines long life and micro resolution motion. A precise ballscrew provides rapid motion with high accuracy step by step. Two sets of Recirculation Ball Bearing Slides ensure an accurate linear motion without the ball cage migration issues found on typical linear ball bearings or crossed roller bearings. The motorized stages are driven by the high-torque stepper motor with 2-phase and 1.8° step angle. The stepping motor, NEMA 23 frame, used in the MT150X Series stage is suitable for microstepping applications by the MicroStep Driver. And the step/pulse pre revolution can be set from 400 to 25,600, so the resolution will be up to 0.2 μm/pulse in theory.
