The large-area platform is supperted by four recirculating ball carrier bearings mounted to the slide guides. And the high precise recirculating ball screw requires a minimal backlash and produces a smooth and accurate positioning. The motorized stages are driven by the high-torque stepper motor with 2-phase and 1.8° step angle. The stepping motor, NEMA 23 frame, used in the MT160X Series stage is suitable for microstepping applications by the MicroStep Driver. And the steps pre revolution can be from 400 to 25,600.
