Description

Pressing, which is one of the most widely used methods of material shaping, has been caused the design and manufactured of presses with different properties according to the basic requirements of the application. MSE Technology designs and manufactures manual presses with various features in accordance with the new requirements and the purpose of the process in technology, industry and R&D apart from the standard features. The most common usage areas of powder presses are ceramic industry, powder metallurgy studies and sample production for mechanical properties. Manual press models are suitable using on the table. Since it works with a double flow pump, it travels the stroke distance quickly, while the low flow rate is activated during pressurization and allows the user to reach the desired force easily. STANDARD FEATURES Hardened pressure plates at both top and bottom Digital force display; momentary displaying of applied force Aluminum construction Adjustable force via manual hand pump Single axis and parallel pressing (from bottom to top) Manual double flow hand pump with high sensitivity at low flow 150 mm stroke distance Plexiglass protective lid Non-slip rubber feet
