Atmosphere controlled lift bottom furnace is preferred for where a protective environment is required such as manufacturing of metal products, heat-treatment, sintering, melting, ageing, thermal testing, powder synthesizing. As a result of these requirements, MSE has been designed and produced atmosphere controlled lift bottom furnace to make heat treatment under the protective atmospheric conditions such as argon, nitrogen, vacuum, hydrogen and the like.
MSE Furnace uses also cylindrical atmosphere cabins which are more stable than other geometries for atmosphere controlled lift-bottom furnace according to process. In addition, atmosphere controlled furnaces are water-cooled. So, water cooling system pressure, cabin temperature, internal atmospheric pressure, intelligent systems are monitored by the user to make the process is safe. And cabin of the furnace consists of heating elements and high-quality alumina refractories where selected according to the temperature. Lift bottom enables heavy and large samples to be placed more easily on the bottom of the furnace.
The adjustable manual gas flow meter, high-pressure relief system, overtemperature alarm and vacuum pump are integrated into the furnace as standard. For the Hydrogen atmosphere please contact us.
