The MSI MS-98H3 is a 3.5” Single Board Computer (SBC) designed for fanless, ultra low-power, high-performance applications, featuring the Intel® 7th Gen Kaby Lake-U and Skylake-U Series processors. It supports up to 16GB of DDR4 2133 MHz memory through a single SODIMM slot. The board enables triple independent displays via DP++, HDMI™, LVDS, and eDP. Networking capabilities include two GbE LAN ports with RJ-45. Expansion options include two full-size Mini-PCIe slots, one with mSATA and one with a Nano SIM holder. For storage, it offers two SATA 3.0 ports and a Micro SD slot, with support for SATA RAID 0/1. Connectivity options feature four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, six COM ports (including one RS-485), GPIO, and audio. The board supports a wide voltage DC-IN range of 12-24V, making it versatile for various industrial applications.
