‘Standard containers’ have long been used to transport all kinds of goods and are the best and simplest solution in some areas. These containers can accommodate almost anything, from waste material, pharmaceuticals, warehouse goods, food and sterile goods through to linen. The UNITR can pick up and drop off containers manually or automatically. It works in combination with conveyors, container storage systems and mobile stations. It takes up little space and can be integrated into existing setups. A simple web-based user interface is used to create schedules. It can also process orders generated via a higher-level system.
