Description

The chillers of TAE N Mini series, developed based on TAEevo TECH Mini range, are the ecological and natural turning point of MTA, towards solutions aimed to reduce the environmental impact through the refrigerant R290 without neglecting the primary concepts of industrial applications as reliability, certified performances, versatility, and reduction of overall system costs. The compactness, the rational components layout and extended operating limits ensure simple installation, easy maintenance and operation even in particularly worst conditions. Through the non ferrous hydraulic circuit the TAE N Mini can treat process fluids normally aggressive to the carbon steel. TAE N Mini, the best solution for the industrial processes of today and tomorrow. Standard features: - Refrigerant fluid R290 (GWP=3, ODP=0); - Hermetic rotary compressors; - High efficiency finned coil evaporator installed inside the storage tank, with copper tubes and aluminium fins; - Polyethylene coolant storage tank fitted with drain valve, filling and overflow connections and a visual level indicator; - Air-cooled aluminium microchannel condenser with protection coating and a removable metal mesh filter; - Peripheral non-ferrous P3 pump (3 barg nominal available head pressure); - Axial fan equipped with plastic material blades; - Non ferrous atmospheric pressure hydraulic circuit with a 0-6 bar pressure gauge; - Water by-pass for safe continuous operation; - Hydraulic circuit compatible with glycol concentrations up to 30%; - High pressure switch with automatic reset; - Easy to use parametric microprocessor control; - Lamination device: capillary tube; - AC power plug for simple electrical connection;
